The Weaver Group provides experienced consultants and other resources to support multiple dimensions of K-12 education, non-profit governance best practices, individuals in leadership, public-private collaboration, and corporate organizational effectiveness.

President and Senior Consultant Roger Weaver has over forty years of experience as an educator, administrator and organizational leader. Prior to entering private practice, he served sixteen years as Headmaster and CEO of the 1130 student Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences in Santa Monica California (2009-10 operating budget: $38 million).  He has served on numerous non-profit boards as both member and chair, and currently is President of The Crossroads Community Outreach Foundation. All of the consultants and service-providers affiliated with and referred through The Weaver Group are individuals or organizations with whom Roger Weaver has substantial direct professional experience, and all have a demonstrated record of the high professional and ethical standards to which The Weaver Group is committed.

How the Weaver Group Works

Contact Weaver Group President Roger Weaver for an initial conversation about your consulting needs or for any additional information about The Weaver Group's services. After determining the nature and scope of work being considered, The Weaver Group will provide a written proposal detailing scope of services, time-line, deliverables, consulting personnel, and fees.

Fees may be arranged on a project basis or an hourly basis and vary depending on the nature and scope of the work and the individual consultant(s) involved. Reimbursable expenses (such as travel and lodging), if any, are billed separately.

As indicated in the services sections of this website, Roger Weaver personally provides a broad range of consulting services. Other experienced personnel may be recommended for the projects requiring other expertise. All the work of all Weaver Group consultants is unconditionally guaranteed. No job is complete until the client is satisfied.
